I have extensive experience acting on the purchase and sale ends of numerous commercial real estate closings ranging from small, single-storey buildings to very large properties with multiple tenancies and complex financing structures. 

 

I will work with you from start to finish - from negotiating the terms and conditions of your agreement of purchase and sale, to reviewing the requisite title and off-title searches, to drafting closing documentation, to registering the transaction, and, to managing the various pre and post-closing requirements that often accompany commercial real estate transactions.  I will do all I can to facilitate a seamless closing process and will keep you in the loop every step of the way.
