ABOUT ME
My late parents, George and Theodora, immigrated to Canada from Greece at the tail end of the 1960s. Not unlike the experience of most immigrant parents, they worked day and night to secure a better life for their children. Education was stressed; and excellence was expected. Their support and guidance led me to graduate on the Dean’s List from York University’s Schulich School of Business and, ultimately, earn a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School.
After gaining over 20 years of solid legal expertise at various reputable law firms I decided to start my own practice. My focus is in the areas of commercial leasing, commercial real estate purchases/sales, purchases/sales of businesses, secured lending and wills and estates.
I offer a no-nonsense business-minded approach in the servicing of my clients, which include national retail and restaurant chains, industrial and office tenants, commercial landlords, property management firms, institutional and private lenders and local mom-and-pop family businesses. As I am a sole practitioner, when you retain KC Commercial Law you will deal exclusively with me and will have my undivided attention.
I am also a member and frequent contributor at the International Council of Shopping Centres and have spoken at the Eight Minute Commercial Leasing Lawyer CLE Program.
Outside of work, I enjoy walking my two little dogs, long bike rides by the lake, and singing/playing guitar. I have performed music semi-professionally for years and particularly love playing live shows.
